Recently, the new intelligent production line for high-end energy equipment piping at Dalipal Holdings Limited's Cangzhou production base in China was successfully put into operation. This establishes a full-process production system for high-end pipes that integrates efficiency, intelligence, and green attributes, laying a solid foundation for the company to deepen its industrial chain layout and strengthen its core competitiveness.
This production line integrates hot rolling, pipe end thickening, heat treatment, pipe finishing, and intelligent warehousing, creating a full-process production model with outstanding core advantages.
Enhanced Product Coverage: The line can produce seamless steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from Φ32.0mm to Φ114.3mm, covering the complete process from hot rolling to finishing. It establishes a full industrial chain layout for high-end tubing and high-pressure boiler tubes, enabling the provision of high-quality steel pipe products for domestic and international markets that meet the demands of extreme working conditions such as deep-sea, ultra-deep wells, shale gas, and power generation.
Intelligent Manufacturing Empowers Further Upgrade: The production line is centered on a "software-defined intelligent factory system platform," creating an intelligent manufacturing system that covers the entire process. Utilizing digital twin technology, it achieves real-time mapping of the production line and dynamic adjustment of process parameters. It also enables fully automated scheduling for warehouse logistics and finished product shipment, effectively shortening material handling time and significantly improving logistics efficiency.
Line Construction Fulfills ESG Commitment, Demonstrating Strong Green Capabilities: The rooftop distributed photovoltaic project can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 9,800 tons annually. The introduction of a full-oxygen combustion system in the annular furnace significantly reduces nitrogen oxide emissions. The adoption of UV scraping coating process eliminates volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions at the source, achieving the zero-emission target.
The completion and operation of the new production line mark an important milestone for Dalipal in advancing the high-end, green, and intelligent transformation of its products. In the future, Dalipal will continue to leverage technological innovation as the engine to empower the development of the energy equipment industry and contribute to the implementation of the national energy strategy and the achievement of the "Dual Carbon" goals.
