On 24 October, Dalipal Holdings successfully convened its third-quarter board meeting in Hong Kong. The meeting focused on reviewing current operations and planning future strategy, systematically summarizing the achievements of the first three quarters, reviewing and approving several important proposals, and making comprehensive plans for a full push in the fourth quarter and scientifically mapping out the overall work for 2026. The meeting was chaired by Board Chairman Meng Fanyong. Company directors and the chairmen of various subsidiaries attended the meeting, while senior executives from Dalipal holdings and subsidiaries were also present.
The meeting heard work reports from Zhang Hongyao, Chairman of Dalipal Pipe Company, Wang Xianjun, Chairman of Dalipal International, and Meng Fanyong, Chairman of Dalipal Hong Kong. Several key agenda items were reviewed and approved, including the "Authorized Management System" and the "Employee Diversity Management System," laying a solid foundation for enhancing the company's compliance governance efficiency and strengthening refined management.
Looking ahead to 2026, participants engaged in in-depth discussions centered around the key framework of "setting the tone, defining the principles, finalizing the plan, and establishing the procedures." They established the overarching tone focusing on "Composing the Cultural Melody, Taking the Path of Innovation, benefiting from the Market, building the Work of Development," clarified the basic principles of "Maintaining the Bottom Line, Promoting Development," formulated key operational indicators and corresponding implementation pathways, and established a "top-down, horizontal coordination, bottom-up" strategy execution process, making precise moves for high-quality development in 2026.
In the concluding remarks, Board Chairman Meng Fanyong emphasized that the work for the fourth quarter and 2026 must focus on improving quality and efficiency in the main business.
