To further enhance its core manufacturing capabilities in high-end tubular products for oil drilling, production, and energy equipment, Dalipal held a specialized technical symposium on 13 August with the School of Metallurgy and Power Engineering at Chongqing University of Science and Technology (CQUST). The symposium was attended by a delegation led by Professor Dai Qingwei, Dean of the School, along with Dalipal’s senior management and key technical representatives.

The meeting focused on critical control points in the manufacturing process of high-end tubular products. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics including precise regulation of process parameters, equipment precision management, and optimization of material microstructure and properties. Taking this opportunity, a lecture series on "Steel Pipe Manufacturing and Intelligent Inspection" was concurrently launched. Delivered in phased modules, the training covers essential subjects such as intelligent production and simulation, thermal engineering and plastic deformation, fundamentals of metallurgy and heat treatment, and hot-rolling processes for steel pipes. The full program will run through 20 August, with over 100 participants—including senior management and technical personnel from various disciplines—joining either onsite or online.

Dalipal has long been committed to industry-university-research collaborative innovation and places great emphasis on partnerships with universities and research institutions. In addition to CQUST, the company is also engaged in joint R&D projects with several renowned academic and research bodies, including Shanghai University and the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. These collaborations span a broad range of strategic areas, such as product development, process innovation, resource recycling, and intelligent equipment.

To date, Dalipal has organized over 30 specialized training sessions of various types, with total participation exceeding 1,400 person-times.
