Police-Enterprise Synergy in Anti-Fraud Campaign — Dalipal Jointly Hosts Themed Party Day Activity on Anti-Fraud with Public Security Authorities

On 21 July, Dalipal, in collaboration with the Gangcheng Criminal Police Unit of the Huanghua Public Security Bureau in Cangzhou Bohai New Area, held a joint Party-building activity themed “Party Leadership · Police-Enterprise Synergy – Safeguarding Security through Anti-Fraud and Loan Prevention.” Guided by Party-building principles and leveraging police-enterprise cooperation as a key driver, the event delivered a precise, practical, and highly educational anti-fraud awareness session for all employees.

Mr. Hui Zenghao, Chief of the Gangcheng Criminal Police Unit, was invited to the Company to give a special lecture. A total of over 40 participants, including Party branch secretaries and employee representatives from various departments, attended the event, engaging in an immersive learning experience on anti-fraud and loan prevention knowledge, and strengthening their security awareness from all perspectives.

During the session, Chief Hui, drawing on the latest trends, tactics, and characteristics of telecom fraud, focused on both corporate operational risks and everyday scenarios in which employees might fall victim. He dissected in detail fraud methods targeting finance departments—such as impersonating company executives and issuing false transfer instructions—and provided an in-depth analysis of emerging intelligent deception techniques, including AI voice morphing, identity forgery, and fake office account impersonation. Additionally, he explained how to identify and prevent illegal online lending and illegal fundraising, and shared relevant legal knowledge. Through real-case explanations and rule-based illustrations, he enabled employees to deeply understand the severe harms of illegal financial activities and consciously steer clear of various financial traps.
