Recently, the final court judgment was rendered in the dispute concerning the infringement of our company's registered trademark rights and unfair competition by certain import/export company, certain pipeline equipment company, and other parties: the three defendants are jointly and severally liable to compensate Dalipal for economic losses and reasonable enforcement costs totaling RMB 800,000, and shall bear the corresponding litigation expenses. Previously, Tianjin Lingang Customs had already made an administrative penalty decision in this case, ordering the confiscation of all infringing goods (with a declared customs value of RMB 3.16 million) and imposing a fine of RMB 158,000 on the declarant. With this, Dalipal has prevailed in the entire course of rights enforcement and successfully defended its corporate intellectual property and brand rights.

Over the years, Dalipal has remained committed to its core business while consistently placing great emphasis on brand development and intellectual property protection. Our core trademarks and brand identifiers, built through long-term operational accumulation, have established a strong market reputation and industry influence, forming an essential part of the company's intangible assets. In this dispute, the relevant parties unlawfully used our company's registered trademarks and API certification numbers in their business activities, which not only seriously infringed our trademark rights but also disrupted normal market competition order, adversely affecting Dalipal's brand reputation and market interests.
This final appellate victory represents strong judicial protection of Dalipal's brand intellectual property and fully demonstrates the law's stern deterrent stance against malicious infringement and unfair market competition practices. Going forward, Dalipal will continue to strengthen its intellectual property protection system, uphold the bottom line of lawful and compliant operations, firmly resist all forms of infringement, counterfeiting, and unfair competition, and proactively safeguard fair and equitable industry market order. We will remain steadfast in protecting our corporate brand image and the legitimate rights and interests of our customers and partners, and through robust brand strength and a commitment to compliance, we will drive the company's high-quality and sustainable development.
