Superior Party Committee Visits Dalipal for Research and Delivers Themed Party Lecture

On 20 May, Zhang Jijun, Party Secretary of Huamei Comprehensive Service Department, along with two colleagues, visited Dalipal and delivered a thematic Party lecture characterized by its clear focus, profound insights, and rich content for the Company’s Party members. Attendees included members of the Party General Branch Committee, branch committee members from various departments, and management personnel, totaling over 30 participants.

During the lecture, Secretary Zhang centered on six key areas: the essence of Party building, leveraging the tools of criticism and self-criticism, multi-dimensional innovation in Party-building work, and thorough implementation of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Decision through education. Through theoretical explanations and demonstrations of innovative Party-building practices, he guided attendees step-by-step—in a progressive, systematic, and analytical manner—to remain true to the Party’s original aspirations and mission. He emphasized the importance of continuously enhancing Party spirit cultivation and professional capabilities to ensure that high-quality Party building drives and safeguards the Company’s high-quality development. 

This lecture not only deepened participants’ understanding of grassroots Party-building work but also introduced innovative approaches and methods to strengthen it. The session laid a solid foundation for advancing the political, ideological, and organizational development of grassroots Party branches, further solidifying their role in guiding the Company’s growth.
