The Energy-Saving Renovation of Continuous Casting Hydraulic System Completed

In order to thoroughly implement the requirements in the document of Cangzhou City's "Notice on Carrying out the Mandatory Cleaner Production Review (First Batch of Enterprises) in Cangzhou City in 2021 ", Dalipal has carried out a special action to improve energy efficiency around general-purpose energy-consuming equipment such as motors, and has taken the lead in implementing energy-saving transformation on casting hydraulic system and achieved remarkable energy-saving effect.

The project took 14 days to complete the transformation, from mid-to-late May 2022, replacing the original pump set with an intelligent energy-saving pump set, equipped with a drive control device, and introduced Internet of Things services to realize automatic control, online detection, and intelligent deviation correction diversification model. The energy-saving effect has been reduced from 37.9kwh/h to 12.8kwh/h, a decrease of 66%, which can save more than 200,000 kWh of electricity every year. At the same time, equipment managers can monitor equipment parameters at any time through the mobile cloud assistant and control the operation status of equipment.

The successful transformation of this project is a pilot exploration of the hydraulic system management upgrade, laying a foundation for the company to popularize the energy-saving transformation technology of the hydraulic system, and also clarifies the direction for the hydraulic system and motor configuration of the company's second and third phase projects.
