fanyong, the chairman of the
board, was born in the county of Pei
in Jiangsu Province in 1962,Han Nationality.
He has a junior college education background
.In 1981, he initiated his career and
served in turn as a technician, a dispatcher,
the associate director of a workshop,
a deputy workshop director and a vice
factory director in the Machinery Maintenance
Factory of No.2 North China Petroleum
Well-drilling Company. During that period,
he was in charge of the affairs of technology,
production, supply, finance, management,
trade and so on. He won the title of
the Labor Paragon in Hebei Province.
On September 1998, Meng fanyong set
up the Dalipal Pipe Company. |

Changfu, the vice-chairman
of the board、general manager, was born
in 1974, Han Nationality. He graduated
from the Petroleum University with a
master's degree in oil and gas engineering
profession. On April, 1998, he was assigned
to the Department of Special-purpose
Steel Tubes in the China Petroleum Materials
and Equipment Group. On March, 2002,
he served as the general Manager of
Hualing Oil Equipments Ltd. Since January,
2003, he has been the general manager
of Dalipal. |

Xingzhong,general supervisor、
the chairman of union, born in 1953
of Han Nationality. He is the member
of the Chinese Communist Party with
a junior college degree. He is now 53
years old. In 1979 he started to work
in drilling team No.32965 in the North
China oilfield and then he went to the
well pipe depots of the No.3 North China
Petroleum Well-drilling Company, first
as the well-drilling team leader, then
as the pipe depot stationmaster. Song
Xingzhong won the National “May 1st”
Laborer Medal. In 2000 he arrived at
the Dalipal Petroleum Special-purpose
Pipe Ltd to work. |

MeiLing, the vice-general manager,
born in 1971 and of Han Nationality,
she was graduated from the department
of machine manufacture the craft and
equipment of Xi'an Petroleum Institute.
In July, 1994 she started to work as
an intern in the No.2 North China Petroleum
Well-drilling team. From October, 1995
to July, 1999 she worked as a technician
in the machinery maintenance factory
of the second comprehensive service
section of North China Petroleum. On
July, 1999, she started to work at Dalipal,
first as the chief of workshop section,
then as the vice general manager. |

Wenhong, the vice-general manager,
general counselor at law, born in 1969
and of Han nationality, she graduated
from school of law in the Shandong University
with a college degree. In August, 1992
she started to work and had a lot of
experiences in business management,
legal affair, and administration in
two large-scale state-owned enterprises.
From April, 2001 to March, 2003 she
was a full-time lawyer in the Hebei
Jinsheng Law Firm in Hebei and worked
as legal advisor for several enterprises.
In April, 2003 she started to work in
the Dalipal. |

Xueyong, the vice general manager,
born in 1957 and of Han nationality.
He has a junior college degree. In 1980,
he started to work and served in turn
as a technician and team leader of the
No.2 North China Petroleum Well--drilling
Company. After that, he served as a
processing workshop director, vice director
of production and factory manager in
the processing factory of the machinery
maintenance plant of the No.2 North
China Petroleum Well--drilling Company.
He started his career in Dalipal in
May, 2000. |

Chunping, Han nationality,
financial supervisor, was born in 1962.
In 1982 she started to work. Firstly
she held the post of accountant in the
No.2 North China Petroleum Well--drilling
Company. Then she served as a chief
accountant in the second comprehensive
service section of North China Petroleum
Company. Later on, she became a vice
chief of Finance and then the director
of Finance in the HuaMei Department
Property Administrative Office of North
China Petroleum Company. Ni Chunping
arrived at Dalipal in 2003. |

Jianxin,managing director,
Han nationality. He was born in the
County of Dongguang in Hebei Province
in 1954. He started to work in 1969,
and then he went to work in the Dongguang
county in Hebei Province during the
period between 1969 and 1994. Xing Jianxin
served in turn as a costs evaluator,
an accountant, a sales department director
of machinery maintenance factory in
the No.2 North China Petroleum Well--drilling
Company from 1974 to 2000. Xing Jianxin
has been working in the Dalipal since
2000. |
